Five decades ago, superpowers emerged within certain people.
After some research, it turned up that all these people's ancestors were used as test subjects for a secret government program, another hundred years back.
These people were given the name "Mutants".
Because of this many super villains emerged.
The worst of these villains was Blanc.
To counter this threat, the government made a secret agency called T. F. T. or The Federal Titans.
It's been fifty years.
Blanc has gotten stronger.
In the process, he's killed many without a care.
Including the best agent the agency had ever produced.
