17 years later...
"Just give up!!" he said while he dodged my sword.
I ignored him and came after him again. I ran while I tried to stab him with my sword but he kicked it away, I was prepared. I quickly grabbed my dagger that was on my upper right leg.
I quickly ran behind him and caught him off guard. I gave a smile before I wrapped my arm around his next, exposing it to my dagger.
He sighed. "I don't want to hurt you, please stop this." It made me lose control, he came here and tried to take me away and he expects to walk out here without a fight? Not a chance.
"Please." He pleaded but I buried the tip of my dagger into his neck.
"Shut up..." I whispered. "You don't know who I am." I said while my breathing hitches.
"I actually know." He proudly said.
I tightened my arm around his neck, choking him. "You're just some random stalker that's been copying my face! I've been living with hybrids and I know a hybrid that can change her appearance! I don't trust you!" I said while I tried to burry my dagger deeper but it became impossible.
"Wha-" I tried to speak but the atmosphere felt tenser.
"I've told you for a hundred times, I. Know. You." He said while he easily broke free, taking my dagger with him, I was weaponless.
He threw it aside and then looked at me with his dead eyes, a moment ago, it was full of life.
"What are you?" I asked.
He shook his head while still looking at me. "The same as you." He said. "If you don't stop now, I'm afraid that I'm going to hurt you, and trust me, I don't want to hurt you."
I don't trust him at all.
"I don't." I said while I tried to attack him but I was pulled back by some force.
He was changing.

Cade is the Alpha of a near by pack and Maya is not aware of them being werewolves. Once Maya decides that she has a mate, she is not going down without a fight because she is not a possession to be owned. ~~~ (Maya) I was shoved against the lockers and looked into the most beautiful green eyes ever. I mentally sighed and stared at him. The person they belonged to said "Mine!!!!" and buried his head into my neck and I could feel his nose moving against my skin and my neck was met with sparks, was he SNIFFING ME?! "You motherfucker, I am not a possession and I do NOT belong to anyone. So if you could move your sexy body out of the way, I would appreciate it. Also don't sniff people you weirdo." I tried to push him away but he growled at me and held me so I couldn't move. I brought my leg up and kicked him in the family jewels. Bending down I whisper in his ear, "don't mess with me sweetheart and never call me yours." He growled lowly. Runaway
I ran, and I ran, and I ran, trying to get as far away from the mansion as possible. I was too weak to shift, but my determination kept me running. The house disappeared from my line of vision, and I was soon surrounded by greens. I didn't know where I was going, and at this moment, I didn't care. I was officially a fugitive. "Grab that plate and throw it on the floor." I told him, handing him a plate. "Why am I---" "Just do it!" I yelled, trying to hold back the tears. He looked at me and took the plate from my hand, making careful moves so he didn't touch the tips of my fingers. "Throw it on the ground." I told him. I watched as he threw it down on the ground, pieces of one of my moms plates going everywhere. "Okay. Now what?" He asked me, a hint of impatience in his voice. I walked up to him so we were old inches apart, our noses almost touching. It would be so easy to just kiss him right now.... "Now say your sorry." I whispered to him, letting a tear slip. I felt his gentle hands wrap around me and pull me in closer. Our foreheads touched as he whispered the faithful words, "I'm sorry." I pulled away from him, making sure I didn't cut myself on the sharp shards of glass. "Did it go back to the way it was before?" I asked him, angry tears rolling freely down my face now. How could he do this to me? I am--was--his mate. He looked at me with a sad expression and then looked down. Strangled, he whispered, "No." "Do you understand now how my heart broke when I found out? I hear a footstep to the right of me. I turn to face the right but nothing's there. Vampire. I feel like something is coming up from behind me. I spin and slice at whatever's coming at me. I look down and it's not there. I look down at Ares and blood is dripping from Ares. I'm thrown off my feet and I land on my back. I raise my sword as something goes to clash down on me. Another sword. It's pushing down hard on my sword. I raise it up and slice at the vampires stomach, I get him. I stand up and spin my sword. I can't see the Vampires face just an outline. I slice at the vampire again but he's gone. Arms enclose from behind me. I try to wriggle from his grip. I bring up my elbow to his nose then his stomach. He falls back but re gains his balance. Suddenly he's disappeared. I walk down the ally way. My boots make a gentle clicking noise against the concrete. I swear underneath my breath. I go to turn but Area is flown out of my hand. I foot stomps on my stomach. I'm shoved to the wall. He takes Ares from the ground and walks towards me.Terminé

His faces flashes with regret but it's quickly covered up with his faces going back to it's hard cold look. I feel my heart stop and my face go pale. His look terrified me making me hold my breath. "Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. "I just can't walk home alone, please I'm scared." I hear him chuckle. "You aren't afraid of me? What can possibly be scarier than me?" He asks. "Well, I know you will keep me safe." "Why is that?" He questions raising an eyebrow at me. "You haven't hurt me." "Yet." He mutters, but I roll my eyes.Terminé
