yo i decided to start work on another book while im having a writers block for static. i will still focus mostly on static btw. updates not scheduled.
A new species has taken over Earth, forcing humans underground. They have learned to survive but must go above ground to scavenge in teams. Ross Drowne is on one of these scavenger teams, but when he gets stuck above ground, the way back might be more difficult than he thought.

Within it's many floors, it is organized with the poor residing at the bottom, and as the floor number increases, so does the resident's wealth. This story is the story of a man named Athos, who one day decided that he's had enough, and escapes from his life on floor 3011 and climbs up the floors to confront the head of Dolos known as Ruby human. But a new leader came out of the ashes and proclaimed they would consider the apocalypse a "rebirth" and proceeded (with his advanced engineering) to clear radioactivity from America and make it livable again. With the help of his crew, he builds a high security city and begins to build out past the east coast. Shortly after he rebuilds NY, he disappears and his advisor rises to power. He is a fair but cruel master (calling himself a Lord) and some people refuse to work for him. These people manage to escape the oppression of the Lord and live out on the wasteland that was once a great country. The country is also in the midst of going to war with rival countries over what appears to be nonsense. He decides to go to a friends house to unwind and play video games. Their relaxation quickly turns frantic when unexplained explosions rock the neighborhood. A phone call from his friends dad who is stationed on a military base turns weird when he demands for them to get down into a unfinished bunker for safety. After spending days inside, they emerge from the bunker and quickly find out that the world is a different place. It is evident that a war has started but, they can not listen to what so-called leaders of the world have told them. they find out they have to survive on their own, where it seems like it's every man for themselves.
