Celeste's life was a little crazy. Her mother, Medda Larkson, was a performer and owned her own theater, Irving Hall. Although Celeste had a mother and a home, she was a Newsie, and liked to hang out with all of the boys. Her best friend's name is Jack Kelly, who has been with her for as long as she can remember. They know everything about each other, and protect each other no matter what. Celeste was content selling papes and running through the streets, until trouble arises and she and her friends must raise hell to fix it.

I don't own The Newsies, just Celeste. The cover belongs to it's rightful owner (not me).
