Alix is a bit shaken after she wakes up from a coma for two years with amnesia only to learn that both her parents are dead and she's been in foster care since 2008, but when her social worker informs her they've found a family willing to take her under their wing until she recovers she has no idea what to expect. When she's finally discharged and taken to their home all she can think is 'This is a huge house'. It was somewhat of a good first impression meeting her temporary father Kristopher and the first of two sons Carson who are both a bit too normal for her taste. Although metting the other half of this family confirms why she didn't meet them first, but she definitely takes a liking to Claire their workaholic mother and especially Ethan who was hurting on the inside thee way she did when her reoccurring nightmares of the past would bring her to tears every night. Somehow he might've known that when he decided to keep her company while she slept. Eventually she wonders what will it take to scare him away, but when she remembers something that frightens her too much to tell him she pushes him away. That's when what really matters happens teaching her lessons about life she never learned before the coma. All Rights Reserved
