This is a book about people from around the world we are not so fortunate as ourselves. They can't read this story. Why? They may not be able to read. They might not have a phone, or a tablet, or a computer to read it on. This book is based of a movie called On The Way To School. A French film about kids from around the world who have a long and endless journey to school. This is the enlightening and motivating story of two young people searching for the meaning of life and self-discovery as they climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa. It is a philosophical examination and discussion of the pondering queries of our time: • How did we get to where we are today and how do we go on? • What should we do with our lives and why should we help others? • What then, should we do and how can anyone know what is best? • How can we make the most of our time and how can we be a "Good" person? It is a treatise underscoring the profound realisation of the monumental significance that random events and chance meetings and interactions play in the random ebb and flow of the time and space continuum as we veer and turn on our twisted path through life. It is a contemplation of wants and desires, of choices and opportunities, of decisions and timing, of expectations and responsibilities, of adversity and courage and the changes that we go through on our metamorphic journey from caterpillar to butterfly on our unending quest for meaning and happiness in our lives. There are insightful and thought-provoking quotations from philosophers such as: Albert Camus, Decartes, Confucius, Immanuel Kant, Arthur Schopenhauer, George Santayana. There are evoking images from poetry and modern songs, from artists such as: Robert Frost, Leonard Cohen, T.S. Eliot, William Shakespeare, Lou Reed, The Beatles, Pink Floyd. There are literary selections from writers such as: Samuel Beckett, Joseph Conrad, Fedor Dostoevsky, Hermann Hesse, Eugene Ionesco, Franz Kafka. It is also an interesting and informative travelogue describing many fascinating and exciting adventures encountered in numerous countries around the world:

Fairy tales for all generations, who have lost none of their earlier traditions, but are also ready to face the modern world and protect it. They protect the constantly oppressed good, the much-needed hope, but also the endangered nature. They give testimony to animals, mountain massifs, but also planets that cannot speak in the normal world. They try to calm themselves and learn to love, as an exceptional cactus has learned to do. They give hope to become better individuals, which became the parents of pampered Brat or Mr. Novak, who has learned to appreciate old and (un)needed things. And last but not least, they show that happiness and love are always there, and there is no need to look for them in distant lands like. Where some see deep wisdom, others see simple lessons or fun.
