Anakin and Obi-Wan have just rescued the Chancellor and returned to planet side safe and sound. Anakin has finally had his long awaited reunion with Padmé.
But it doesn't last for long.
The next thing the three of them know, the Force has transported them to a different place.
A different universe, to a planet that is known as Earth.

Luna Snow Ramsey is nearly fourteen. She is obsessed with Star Wars, friendless, has a past she tries not to think about, and is used to handling everything one way: solo.
One night, her world is turned upside down when she meets three people from a place that she had previously thought only existed in her imagination and dreams.
Things begin to become steadily more chaotic as time goes on. Luna believes the Force will bring the three back to their proper universe, but until then it is up to her to find a way to keep Anakin from the darkside and warn the two Jedi and Senator of what is to come. It doesn't help that she knows so much about their world and has to be careful of what she tells of their future. From there, things that Luna would normally handle alone are unwilling for her to be able to take care of, and another memory is added to the ever growing pile stitched behind a wall for past memories she doesn't want to think about.
Then the Force get's involved.

I never thought I could behold such a gift, not till my home planet, Naboo, was taken over by the Trade federation while my older sister, Padmé, was Queen. Two Jedi told me what I could be, how to become a hero of legends, a guardian of peace and justice- a Jedi Knight. I was to train under Mace Windu, a strict and uncompromising Jedi master- but a powerful one. He taught me everything, like how there was only good and evil. Jedi and Sith- I never questioned it, of course. Not till certain Jedi proved otherwise. Anakin Skywalker, the best pilot in the galaxy and the greatest Jedi I'd ever known. But there was more, much more. He was arrogant, headstrong, always biting off more than he could chew. He was strong, brave, and at times unbelievably kind. He made me laugh, and we taught each other how to love. But Anakin was also a man who wanted too much, who cared too much. It lead him astray, away from me, from good into evil. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. A bumpy beginning to her life had led her and her sister, Sabel, into a life of slavery upon the planet Geonosis. Upon being discovered by the Empire, her seemly-infinite skillset with construction, ability to repair mechanics in near record timing, and overall usefulness to the developing Death Star attracts the attention of none other than Darth Vader himself. The two inseparable siblings are ripped apart from one another, their dream of joining the rebellion together dies alongside what Reina thought she knew about her own past. Beyond anyone's control, Reina grew to resent the man who gave her a new meaning in life. Her hatred for him entangled with Vader's own for her, the two of them craving nothing more than to feel the other's blood on their hands. Despite this hatred, an unexpected twist of desire arose between the two. The fear of love that had been buried deep within their own seething hatred eventually began to expose itself. Will Vader allow himself to continue holding onto the past, allow the fear of potentially losing somebody else continue to push her away? Or will he give in and protect her in ways he was unable to with Padmé. This story will be as close to canon as I can possibly make it, and Vader will still have to rely on his suit to breathe. This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar.
