Lyric is a thirteen year old that is a mutated problematic being. She is number 31 of 47. She goes through life like anyone else does that is an MPB. The MPBs live in a hospital on the sixth floor. Most of them live in the left wing but the few who need to be watched more closely live in the right. One day Lyric finds that she has been caught up in something that has been going on for years but nobody has noticed. These kids are experimented on and are tired of it. The only way to get away is to escape. But can they do it? After six years of planning will it finally be the time to escape?All Rights Reserved

A murderous pack trespassed onto their land and took one after another down, soon enough, Harmony was surrounded by blood of her friends, lifeless bodies surrounded her. She was kept alive but not for pleasant reasons as the alpha of the murderous pack, Alpha Dominic decided to keep her as a punching bag for his anger. She becomes malnourished, weak and mute. After about 2 and a half years of dealing with this Alpha Dominic someone whisks her away again as her second mate as she was rejected before. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden.
