Fear comes in many forms. Everyone is afraid of something. In this beautiful world, there are a lot of things to expect. This summer, there is something new to fear. Lauren Duski --- A half-British and half-Filipino student from the Philippines. She traveled from her hometown to stay with her dad in Chicago, Illinois. As a young girl, she is suffering from endless nightmares that became usual as she grew up. Chris Blue --- One of the locals who's hiding a very morbid past. No one knows what it is. No one dares to know. Nobody does. As these two individuals explore the town and seek the truth within themselves, they have no idea that they have to seek each other first. But what will happen if they do? Here in Chicago, there's more to the drizzle.

This book is the tale of a mystery that was never solved. It is a mystery that to this day stumps even the world's greatest minds. It's a story that only I, Alissa Lauren Kiang, can tell the truth about. This story is something that I had to experience with four of my best friends, people who had been there for each other for all of my life, through all of my ups and downs. While I had to go through hardships, they were always with me. They knew everything about me, and I, them. We were with each other through everything we ever had to deal with. Through depression, through loss, and through accomplishments. No matter what the occasion, they were always there for me, and I for them. They were people I would soon realize meant the world to me. But as the saying goes, you never really know what you have until you truly lose it forever. P.S. there is a little bit of blood and gore mentioned, and suicide and murders occur, so TRIGGER WARNING
