Teen wolf/Supernatural Crossover

Supernatural season 12ish. I'm not really following that plot but Teen Wolf starts from episode one season one and I'll be following that plot pretty well.

Isis has been through a lot. But when she's been knocked out for days and wakes up in the strange town of Beacon Hills with a very moody werewolf saying that Mick put him in charge of her, she doesn't know what to think, besides I need to find my brother.
