Rose Woods was always the silent type Do to the fact that she was mute. Then one day while out stargazing she spots a meteor crash land in the park. Being cursed with curiosity she investigates the new crater. She finds a mysterious glowing blue crystal inside the cracked meteor and with a single touch she is blessed with many new abilities one of which was the power to talk. Though they with limitations. Just as Rose is learning what she could now do a boy name Peter Parker is doing the same. Being bitten by a radioactive spider Peter is now blessed with new abilities. When these two junior heroes meet they are both skeptical of each other. Once they grew on each other they decided to work together to fight the "evil" of New York.
