'Many called it a 'gift,' but I just thought of it as a pain in my ass.'   Megan was one of those girls who had a secret. Isolated from the rest of the world, Megan wanted nothing more than to get rid of the burden and live a normal teenage life.  She lived in the shadows, hiding from any kind of human contact within a metre radius.   

But, of course, someone had to stand in the way of her perfectly bearable life and mess it up.   

 As she tries to keep her secret, she ends up doing the opposite, trusting her fate in the hands of a stranger. Now she has to trust him to stay quiet, but how could she know that he too had a secret, a secret which risked her life and future? And who's the crazy woman who is stalking her every move?

But that's hard to do when her new school has the ultimate bully that everyone is terrified of: Tucker Branch.
