In a futuristic America, Nikolas Love lives with his mother in a giant manor in the middle of a forest. After struggling with eating disorders for the majority of his teen life and dealing with constant trips to the hospital, finally, his parents, who are directly tied with a facility that makes robots designed to be nurses, decide to send him one of the CareBots. When Daedalus, Nikolas's CareBot, arrives, Nikolas expects to be constantly followed by a mindless, emotionless being. Instead, Daedalus turns out to be much, much more. But, the real questions are... what are the robots that Love Corporation creates, and why does Daedalus seem to be so much different than every other robot Nikolas has seen? *a rewritten version of my drarry oneshot
