Throne-Of-Glass-Nerd

Six abandoned orphans in an apocalyptic world. The alien meteors that slammed into the world in 2028 plagued the world after wiping out most of the population. Then, creatures began to come from it. Creatures from myth and hell. Creatures that would climb their way to the top of the food chain, shoving humans from their pedestal. After wiping out most of the adults and most of the children, most that remain are teenagers between the ages of thirteen and twenty. Some are lucky. Some are not. These six are just trying to survive, not change the world. Though it would be a nice thing to rebuild the world. 

**DISCLAIMER** There are probably gonna be quite a few errors because I did not edit this. I glanced over it while compiling them but I doubt I got any mistakes. If you see one, just correct it in your head. There is no reason to draw much attention to it. This is also very short. It's around 16,000 words but only about 8 chapters. I have considered a sequel, since I enjoyed writing this. We will see how it all plays out. Thank you :)All Rights Reserved

Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out. Activities are limited, and the group will slowly find who they are friends with and who is against them. This is completely different than the other stuff I have done, this is my own story. They do not know, but one among them, will decline rulership. They will fight them, and the one will win. Peace only shall reign. All hail the Smi. There is a sequel and it's coming soon!

The Cave by OlehWolansky

Five co-workers and a guide struggle with a creature, a live relic from the past and from another dimensional plane. The creature is simultaneously lizard and birdlike, while also having anthropoidic characteristics. Once upon a time, this alien race made contact with a lost human Civilization in the region. The two races initially made an alliance, but the greed of some of the humans caused a war to erupt. The discovery and cursory inspection of the cave by one of the characters results in an impromptu, amateur tour. During the journey through the cave one of the co-workers, through a combination of stubbornness, curiosity and willfulness, becomes separated. He stumbles upon a cache of interesting artifacts inside of an oddly inhuman room with alien technology. It is in these confines where he unlocks the being whose last memories of human interaction are still freshly stinging its memory. The group grapples through the tenuous caves trying to escape the creature's vengeful wrath. The ensuing mad flight from the cave to relative safety results in a battle for survival.
