Our Eternal Summer (MakoHaru)

A weeklong Tokyo trip for Haru and Makoto, who are currently studying there, and Gou, Nagisa and Rei, who graduated recently from Iwatobi High. Rin and Sousuke are also back for a break. The gang meets in Tokyo and fools around, remembering their summer days in high school.
