15 years have passed after the Ultraman, Kamen Riders, and the Super Sentai sacrificed their lives to destroy Dark Killer and his forces in hopes to save the Multiverse. Everything is in peace after the destruction of the malevolent being, but peace doesn't last long. Dark Killer who survived the attack is alive, but barely as he continues to conquer the known Multiverse by sending his Kaijin and Kaiju forces to different universes by absorbing their negativity and conquering their universe at the same time absorbing the people's negativity to regain his full power. Silver explained to him that the known Multiverse is in danger and it's up to Isaac to save it, Silver bestowed upon him the powers of Orb with the addition of being transformed into all the Ultramen, Kamen Riders, and Super Sentai. Now given the power, Isaac will now travel to different universes, multiverses, and timelines and deal with whatever abnormal being that Dark Killer sent to it.
