She's broken. People broke the girl who was once happy, the only time when she can smile is when she's alone. Being alone is her favourite thing in the world. She gets bullied at school, she gets abused at home, she has no-one to turn to ever since her best friend left her to fend for herself. But when a new boy comes Into school he tries to get comfortable with her and teaches her a couple of things. One of them? He teaches her a word called; Happiness

This is the story of a girl named Autumn, she is 14 and doesn't have the best home or school life. 5 years ago this wasn't the case, she was a happy, worry-free girl who was always smiling. However, as she got older she realized that life wasn't so worry-free and nothing is all sunshine and rainbows. Her story is going to be told in the form of her diary, as life goes on she has her doubts, will she give up...or will there be something...someONE who can save her.

At age seven, all Lillian wanted was to play with her Barbie dolls and wear mismatched clothes. At age ten, she wanted to be popular and covered in make-up. At age thirteen, those dreams crushed her and she stopped eating and started cutting. At age sixteen, she was barely visible to the world. She was neglected, abused and raped everyday by her stepfather. With scars all around and no food in her stomach, she was ready to give up. Until, one boy changed her life completely. He showed her that life can be happy, even if you're not what most people want.

I started writing this story at the end of Seventh Grade, and I am actually revising, redrafting, and editing in real life so that hopefully one day I can publish it! This is the very first version! I hope you enjoy!
