On Friday, April 5th, 2018, 30 km north of Tisdale, Saskatchewan in Canada, there was a fatal crash involving the junior hockey team called the Humboldt Broncos and a semi-truck driver. There were 29 people involved in the crash, including the semi driver and the people aboard the bus.
15 dead.
14 injured.
And at least 2 in critical condition.
In this short story, I will try to reimagine how it would feel, being on that bus, at that time.
This is the story of the Humboldt Broncos.
My prayers go out to the families of the deceased and the living. I pray for the physical and the mental health of everyone who knew them. And who are them.
You will be forever in our hearts. Never forgotten.
