Margaret Fichter is alone in this world. After being held in a wight run work camp, she found safety in a refugee camp. When this unfortunate peculiar is found by Miss Peregrine, she is taken to a remote island off the coast of Wales. There she meets girls who can fly, boys who are invisible, and children who can see the monsters as well. But when Margaret's past comes back to get her, and new circumstances arise, what will befall Miss Peregrine's home for peculiar children.
