Typical teenage girl, Spencer Cowell, had a few problems in her life. She didn't have the perfect life she wanted. Spencer had medical issues which caused her to faint too much and just regularly awaken again afterwards. Her parents, being worried for her health sent her on sessions with a therapist.

On one of these nights, a tragic incident happened as the innocent teenage girl, Spencer Cowell, had experienced death. As she had been run over by a car, she had experienced something that had her confused, shocked, and scared all at once. Her whole life has turned upside down as she turned into a ghost. From now on her life is all about watching people that can never see her, talking to people that could never hear her, and admiring people that could never love her. But what happens when she meets this one guy that could miraculously feel her hand softly touch his cheeks and see her mesmerizing beauty that no one else can? Zayn Malik had just met her and turned her whole adventure of misery into a roller coaster of hope. Instead of being alone, Spencer can finally be able to communicate with someone, except she's afraid to. All she wants is to have a normal life again without being alone all the time, especially when she won't let the one and only being on this earth that can actually communicate with her to help. As time goes by things get worse as she watches her beloved people's lives turn torturous after her death. Worst part is, she can't do anything about it. But someone can.
