After the second defeat he is banished to the dungeons below the crystal empire. After a 16 years of being trapped in the dungeon below the crystal empire, Flurryheart stumbles upon the dungeon and sees the king in a cage. He ends up lying to her to gain her trust. As they become close king Sombra scams his next plan that involves using Flurryheart for his own plans, will he end up actually falling in love with the young princess of love?
