A drunken woman appears on the steps of the wolf palace. It was one of the first castles to appear in Skyrim. The woman was arrested but, only did she know was that she was about to meet the princess of the kingdom. The castle was hidden on the path on the seven thousand steps. The people in the castle are werewolves/vampires/mortals but, there races are Dark elves, Khajiits, Argonians, Orks, High elves, few Nords, and also Redguards with a few other races. (I don't remember all of them) The wolf family's kingdom are constantly being attacked by both Stormcloaks and the Imperial Army. They want them to choose a side but, they always say no. The family was influence by the Greybeards and all they wanted was peace. The dragons proteced the kingdom only for the welcome of the Dragonborn (aka the princess). The princess of the hold was named Rosey but, she was a Khajiit always trying to leave the castle and live a normal life. Adventure, glory, and even romance but, would she be able to leave or would she have to be wedded off to someone. After meeting the drunken woman she was interested in her and only her but, it is forbidden to love someone that is underclass and the same gender in Royal tounge. So sit back and enjoy the Drunken Cat.

Deirdre Morningsong returns to Skyrim seeking vengeance on the Nords who murdered her parents, only to be captured by Imperial soldiers who mistake her for a Stormcloak rebel. After escaping both the Imperial dungeons and the destructive return of the dragon Alduin, she resolves to discover what strange power is within her, and what the dragons have to do with it. Follows the main quest lines of the game, weaving them into a story of adventure and romance, with numerous twists on the canon. I'm hoping it's equally enjoyable for those who've played the game and those who haven't. Trigger warnings: rape is mentioned, one is attempted and prevented, but none are completed. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls series of games, copyright by Bethesda Softworks. The image for the book cover is from the game. I've only posted Part I here, but will soon post the rest (four parts total, 62 chapters). I've worked in nonfiction up to now because it's easier for me to describe places and events I can experience first-hand. I'm hoping that writing this fanfic will be a bridge to doing more of my own fiction.
