Lucifer wasn't the only angel cast down to hell. One of his younger brothers had been sentenced to hell but had escaped to Earth multiple times before Lucifer had decided to retire to LA. Oh Yeah, Spoilers!!! Noobs.

He missed his daughter truly, he always thought about her... but... he had to not show weakness and vulnerability in front of anyone. He kept his head up and let his boastful self take over.
