DISCLAIMER: I have based the characters of those from the TV series, but have also adapted the characters personalities to I think they would be like in this situation, think of it more as an alternate universe. I have also bent some of the rules to suit my storyline, I'm sorry if you have a problem with that. Can I repeat that I've changed some of the rules from the main series and when I imagine them I see the TV characters - okay thank you. You may proceed :)
What if Clary grew up in the shadow world instead of being thrown into it? What if New York had a secret school for shadowhunters in training, this would be Raziel High!
This story covers what I believe would occur if Valentine really was stopped before he could do anything horrible - before he could form the circle. This means that a significant amount of things has changed:
Firstly, Jocelyn and Luke (who wasn't turned into a werewolf) did end up together and are happily married with Clarissa (Clary) and Jonathan (Nathan) - whom Luke has cared for like they are his own children.
The Lightwoods, Maryse and Robert, and they're children Alexander (Alec), Isabelle (Izzy) and Maxwell (Max) all live at the institute where the kid's mother and father worked.
The Herondales, Stephen and his son Jonathan (Jace) also take residency at the New York Institute, where they have lived since Jace's birth and his mother's death.
Simon Lewis, neighbour of Clary, was kinda accidentally dragged into the shadow world when a demon attacked his family's house one night and Luke and Jocelyn came to their rescue.
And of course, the High Warlock of Brooklyn, Magnus Bane makes an appearance.
Now, join me in following the seven friends through their high school lives filled with Drama, Romance and a bit of Comedy.

Clary finally graduated high school and has a great start in her acting career. Clary's best friend, AKA a Victoria secret model, Izzy, is always there for her. Jace, the golden boy, and Clary go way back to middle school. Clary despises the golden boy who uses girls as toys and doesn't know the definition of love, nor respect . Jace would always call her names and push around; basically bully her until she couldn't take it anymore, but thankfully she was surrounded by loving and caring friends. Years later, Clary and Jace are making a movie, who is directed by the famous Val Morgan, who mysteriously is never around set. Clary was supposed to play Jace's love interest, but Clary, being the fiery and stubborn person, she declined. She rather play Jace's sister. Jonathan Morgensterns' Twin, Rafe Lightwood.
Rafe Oskar Lightwood neè Morgenstern is the slightly younger, mostly identical twin brother of Jonathan Christopher Morgenstern. Due to how little demon blood he actually has in his system, unlike his twin brother, Rafe was raised alongside Jace Herondale at the Wayland Estate. The demon blood has given Rafe one particular gift though. He can sense blood connections between people. Because of this, both he and Jace know that Jace isn't really Valentines' son, but that doesn't make their bond any less strong. Rafe and Jonathan share a small Mark, which has been on their forearms since birth. This Mark enables them to know how close they are to each other, as well as feel each others' emotions. The closer the twins are to each other, the darker the Mark gets. But this comes with drawbacks. Because of Jonathan being in the Seelie Realm, whenever Rafe gets too worked up and angry, Jonathan feels it and gets angry as well. This results in them both coughing blood until they can calm themselves down. And if one twin dies, the Mark will fade to a silvery scar, but never fully heal beyond that. Due to Ragnor Fell often helping Jocelyn and Clary hide when they are being tracked, and having helped him during his first nasty coughing fit that nearly killed him and Jonathan, Rafe is quite close to Ragnor.
