25 year old Sadie is definitely not looking for love when she meets 52 year old Dr. Erik Ellis, and given her rather unfortunate past that she tries so hard to forget, she's not sure she even wants to be his friend. Dr. Ellis, however, finds Sadie's old soul and quirky personality hard to resist. Sadie tries to keep her distance, but it seems like this odd pairing might be too good to let go. This means that Sadie has to decide if she's willing to put up with the hardships she knows will come their way, and if she can put her past behind her long enough to see the possibility of her future.
