when 19th century doctor, Johnathan Bradbury is called to the help of an influential and worried family in regards to the rapidly deteriorating mental health of their youngest daughter, he finds himself at a loss for what to do more than once. The beautiful girl once social, kind, and talented now reduced to a frightened and silent wisp of a girl piques his interest, almost as much as the story behind her sudden cranial vacancy.
In a time where mental illness and trauma were just begining to be seen as medical topics Bradbury will race to solve Amelia's strange disposition and protect her from the collapsing world around her before she's gone forever.
