"Please," I whimpered, my lip quivered as she placed her finger against it, softly shushing me. She was crazy. She was a bad woman.

"For mum." She whispered but before she had the chance to do what she had come to do, she was yanked off of me. I was released but the knife had been resting on the skin of my throat and it cut as she was pulled away. My bleeding hand went to my bleeding throat but I painfully sighed a sigh of relief as the cut was not deep. I watched as Alpha held the woman against the wall. His eyes the same shade of black as hers. It was then I realised her odd features. Her teeth were elongated to points that looked more like the fangs of an animal than of a human. Her fingernails were the shape of claws. Her hair was unruly and reminded me of my own except her hair was a deep shade of red and her skin was extremely pale and covered in tiny brown speckles.

"Let go of me, you might be too weak to do what has to be done, but I'm not!"She screamed at him. He laughed maniacally, almost sadly before he uttered his reply.

"You can't kill her and neither can I, because," He began before turning to look at me as he finished his statement.
