A collection of poems I write, mostly about my mental health. Disclaimer: Some poems are very dark. They discuss my trials and feelings about my mental health issues and my battle against sickness. Poetry has always been an outlet for all of the dark thoughts my pain has caused. Please be aware that these poems could be triggering, but know that despite this, I would never, ever, encourage self-harm or suicide. Your life is worth living.

I hope these bring you the beauty; the same light they brought to my dark corners... The same ten thousand kisses they gave my scars... I do ask one thing; remember as you read, each word is blood stained. -Alexzandra
