Young Mikaela Tepes grew up in towns all across Japan, where everyone always found him a little... odd. He loved reading ever since he was a child, and never thought it to be of good use to make friends.

Yuuichirou Amane is a spoiled prince, cursed to be a demon since fourteen years of age. Since then, he has locked himself away in his castle, never wanting a single soul to see his once beautiful face become something of a monster.

The two are forced to meet during unfortunate events.  Could it be fate, destiny, or just pure stroke of luck?
