Alya was born August 1, 1980.
The night James and Lily Potter died everyone was focused on the boy who lived, no one giving a second thought to the girl that lived. After all how could they, as one of Voldemorts last curses was the memory charm, so they would forget about little old Alya. Why her? Because she was more powerful than silly little Harry Potter. She was taken by Bellatrix to a muggle family, that had no clue about her being a wizard, or at least until a certain Hogwarts letter came in the mail.
