Ch. 1 Aresyn

Here we have a tale of kings and lords, of knights and ladies. In the realm of Ethelnar turmoil is growing. To the west lie the Iron Nations, five kingdoms united against the threat of the Dravorian Empire and the barbarian Kyving Lords of the north. In the east the empire has dominated for centuries and seeks to expand its power, but mysterious forces are at play seeking the mighty kingdom's demise. Civil war covers the north and the rightful ruler, a son of prophecy, is cast out and forgotten. From the shadows the Dark Covenant, and evil as ancient as man grows ever stronger and seeks to enslave the continent under one rule. At the heart of it all the Ironheart's - rulers of the kingdom of Andor - find themselves in the middle of a treacherous plot seeking the demise of the Iron Nations and their new ruler, a king who could save the continent from being plunged into a war like has never been seen. A great storm is brewing on the horizon, enemies are on the move, nations are in commotion, all leading to the rise of kings.
