A hybrid orphan and his newly acquainted blind friend are forcefully enlisted in the Emperor's military ranks. They make friends with an armored man that laughs at anything, a purple haired swordsman that imitates everything the former person does and their gorgeous female friend that keeps both in check. After spending their time training for a few months, our protagonists are kidnapped by the notorious Foul Stenched Beauty: Carrion but it seems he made a mistake and nabbed the wrong people. Now he must deal with an annoying hybrid that asks far too many questions and his almost mute friend. "Worrc! What is the meaning of this? You brought me a weak hybrid and a blind child!" ----------------------------------------------------------------------- WARNING: This book will contain a lot of disturbing topics and if you're squeamish, I suggest you look for a much tamer book to read. (: P.S. This book will be hella gay.

"Clearly, I didn't want anyone involved." "When are you going to realize you shouldn't do things all by yourself?" "When it proves untrue." ~*~ Since the paranormal world banded together, the teenagers have worried about school and finding their potential soulmates. However, when humans are on the verge of discovering their existence, a new enemy leaves them watching their backs. Sephora Parker had been doing so all her life. Amongst the humans' discovery, the young teen found herself free of one demon to join the real world that was going into hiding itself. When she learned how the world ended where it was, Sephora's shoulders felt heavy with her knowledge. Being a stubborn, independent person, the girl doubles down on her resolve when the world she knows crumbles beneath her feet. What else could she do when her mere birth had done enough? Why involve people in matters that will not affect them otherwise? Not worth it, is it? First draft, please let me know any feedback you have!
