Mistress Emilia, the leader of this organization is a 90's villainess, she is the one who adopted homeless, unwanted girls. She raised, fed, and trained them to be the perfect criminals she wanted them to be.

Toxic Organization is famous for their heinous crimes and evil acts. Obviously, no one can ever mess and no one can ever stop these poisonous acts made by this organization, simply because the agents there are experts and proficients in doing their job. In short, Toxic Organization is indestructible.

But, just like any other organization - there are secrets untold.

And that secret will start to unfold as Fleur, one of the agents in T.O., execute her life-changing mission.
