Amelia Rogers is brilliant in the sciences and is working with Howard Stark. So it's only expected for her to help when the SSR ask for Stark's help. She didn't however expect to become the first to try a test sample of the serum that will be given to her twin years later. As co-workers, they are expected to be professional but who is going to tell you no when your in charge.
