A young student , Connor, who has no memory of the past, or himself, tries to fit in in ordinary life where he and his sister, ally, are looking out for each other and try to live in the boring society. On the way home from school, a sudden blast of guns from all directions surround Connor but as he runs, he comes into contact with a strange girl who doesn't seem ordinary, was being chased by the Royal army. She then decides to give Connor a strange power, Chumon. The ability to order anyone to do anything. With this supernatural power, and seeing the destructive and reckless Royal army, ordered to eradicate the civilians, Connor is set to rebelling against the army on which he relied on, and change the world!
