Emilia is forced to move from her childhood home, to Maine. This means that she is leaving everything behind. She is now at a different school, with different people in a unfamiliar environment. Attempting to get by senior year with her head down, trying to get unnoticed. However the obnoxious delinquent from physics class is making it his task to do just the opposite, making her life a living nightmare. Emilia soon comes to realise that not only do they go to same school, he lives across the street from her. Perfect. Emilia couldn't think anything could get any worse than this, but Mrs Wilshire proves her wrong when she asks him to tutor her.
This means many nights of pure torture, testing her patience to the max. But when it comes to the end of him tutoring her she comes to realise that she may have a strong connection towards him in a way that she doesn't want to admit.
