Can an invincible robot save the world from the evils of communism? Can you trust a smart toaster? How hot is the sun, really? All these questions and more will be answered in "Bad Robot".
This story is part of a larger anthology series titled "The Apocolypse is Always Tomorrow" that I am currently working on with a friend and gifted illustrator. Both the story and the pictures are in the 'draft' stages, so we hope to gain critique and insight from you, the reader, for the art and writing.
These will all be short stories, so the 'parts' will be relatively short (1000 to 2000 words). We will try to consistently provide our readers with additional material on a bi-weekly basis.

Nothing could compare to the way her gaze made me feel. The flames licking my skin and the raging fire in my veins was way more bearable. The moment our eyes connected, it was like my body found a new kind of flame. The kind that only she was able to draw from me. I've never felt my body being set ablaze like this before. One day here in this new town and I was already losing my mind over my new neighbour. A really pretty, hot neighbour. Her long, wavy platinum blonde hair, pale skin and icy blue eyes that seemed to stare depths into my soul and keep me frozen in place. I couldn't seem to leave. Her pink lips were parted slightly as she tried to catch her breath. I swallowed. One step forward and I could hold her. One tilt of my head and I could kiss her lips. I lost myself somewhere between space and time. I repeated my name over and over, refusing to leave myself behind. The Touch of Infection
Carisa's been running for her life the past two years. Loosing her loved ones and anyone she grows close to. The apocalypse was caused by an alien raise coming to earth and proclaiming they'll fix the planet. Their way to 'fix' it being destroying humanity with a plague. However they didn't expect the human body to be as persistent as it is, the infection they spread mutating and making humans reanimate with a hunger for flesh. They thought they could contain it, control it even, but it's spreading faster than they thought. The world is dying faster than ever before. And Carisa only want to survive, to make it to the next day, bumping into an Alien she thought she'd be petrified. But upon further inspection... their not that much different that humans. Curiosity at its peek with both of them and so she gains a tail always creeping behind her. The aliens just won't let her go. Story is written on my free time so it has a lot of typos, sorry. Not The Last {Rough Draft}
~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that.
