An AU about Mipha's and Link's life together post Calamity. I tried to have some fun with this story, taking it in different directions, developing Mipha's and Link's family, making up some adventures, and creating some connections to other Zelda stories. But the main theme is Mipha's and Link's love for each other and building a happy life together. I'm sure I don't always succeed, but I try to keep the story light hearted and generally opt for happy outcomes.
The first 2 chapters now incorporate the prequel stories 'His Future is in the Past' and 'Beginning Life in Zora's Domain', so this AU is self-contained in one story. If you've already read the prequels just jump to Chapter 1 - Studying.

The Calamity has been defeated, Hyrule is safe. It may take a good while but eventually the Kingdom of Hyrule might once return for the first time in a century. Everything is normal, up until something new appeared on the Sheikah Slate. Something that would not only change Link's life but the lives of those who suffered at the hands of the Calamity. Zelda sends Link to investigate what these mysterious new readings mean. His adventure is not over yet... far from it. I know it may seem odd to spoil but I want people to know what they're getting into. (BTW this is my FIRST time writing one of these so please bear with me) This will not be a purely romance story but it will be a major part later on. I just really wanted to dive into this wonderful world with my own touch, so here's how I'm going to do it. To start Revali is my favorite character in Breath of the Wild and I think all the champions deserve more story and interaction with Link. This will be taking place after Calamity Ganon's defeat so be wary of spoilers. This will be a SLOW burn and when I mean slow I mean like halfway between a snail and a glacier. Not crazy slow but just enough to make it worth the payoff. I'll say that right now no matter what happens there will be a happy ending because I can't bring myself to write a sad one. Not that it won't get sad along the way, oh no I'm going to take hearts and mince them into a fine chopped stew of emotion. I promise however I will preface anything I feel worth warning about in the beginning of each chapter in authors notes. No matter what happens I just want y'all to know that as long as one person smiles, all the work is worth it to me. Hope you enjoy! :)Complete
A Princess's Problem.
Follow Link and Zelda's struggle to unlock her powers and help her father look after the kingdom of Hyrule. But what will happen when they are alone? Link and Zelda will have a rocky start but eventually, Zelda warms up to him and they journey through Hyrule together. They will face creatures such as Dodongos. It will include much loved characters from Twilight Princess and Ocarina Of Time and maybe a few others. This is the ultimate adventure packed with fighting, love, friendship and of course mind boggling plot twists. I also need your help with suggestions from other Zelda games and I will somehow make it into this fanfic even though it is based in Breath of the Wild. Mipha: A Champion Rises
What if Mipha was rescued from Ruta and used her last ounce of strength to heal a dying Link at the Shrine of Resurrection, then was placed in the shrine instead? When Mipha awakens 100 years later with no memory, she must play the role of hero until she can free Link and Zelda. This story is loosely based on a plot by Peregrine of the Zelda BOTW Modding Discord channel, who is actively developing a game mod called Mipha's Grace released in 2025. Botw Reimagined: The Past
After thinking about it for a while, I want to share a sort of reimagining of the legend of Zelda breath of the wild (skip bellow the following text to the actual story if you just want what the story is about) I have loved botw since it came out, however, I, like a lot of you probably, thought there wasn't enough to the story, and I guess the community has influenced my Invision of how botw should have gone, but I'm getting ahead of myself I want to make this reimagining somewhat realistic in terms of how characters react, but don't expect that much from me in those terms (how I want the story to go) this will mainly focus on building Link's past and actually giving him his character, but I will also somewhat change the other main characters, but I will make them as close to their in-game personality as possible (the actual story) Link has always been a prodigy in combat ever since he was a child. His father is a newly retired member of the royal guard and lives with his family in a ranch (if you know the location, you know what I'm talking about) and was the first to realize Link's skills. His skills were so good, that he was able to beat most adults, albeit with a suitable weapon and the adult isn't a soldier. his skills had gained him a reputation whenever they traveled. What kind of adventures will be in store for Link later in life? This is my first story that I'm willing to put out, I plan on getting this story and the botw changed story out, but I'll have to consider if I want to continue after that point P.S. I can understand that the first chapter may not be that interesting, so if you don't, then skip to at the very least character 4 or 5 as that's when the story picks up the pace.
