Back To The Beginning

Arden has always been the girl who hears too much and is around at the wrong time. She has witnessed the first hand arguments of her parents and was there when they decided that they needed a divorce. Arden was the one who saw her mother's boyfriend cheating on her with a close family friend and was forced to keep the secret. Arden was the one who discovered the fact that her mother's relationship with her cheating boyfriend was an abusive one, and she was also the one who walked in to see her mother passed out on the bathroom floor with a bottle of pills in her hand. After being deemed as an unfit parent, Arden has been shipped off across the country to live with her dad as her mom went through rehab. Throughout all of the craziness in her life, Arden begins to isolate herself and drown herself in work to keep her busy from realizing that she has so much to say but instead of sharing her feelings she just bottles it up inside. But then she meets Connor. And lets just say he introduces her how to live again.
