Lin Xi thanked Ms.Pei and opened the note to see a string of 10 digits which was most probably his phone number, with a small writing -
"Call me so I can come get my certificate. Ms. Pei said I'm getting one. But I don't think I should give her my phone number."
She let out a slight laugh.
No emoticon. No short forms. She smiled at these little details as she took out her phone and saved the number.
