"Isn't it funny how something so beautiful can exist in a world so cruel?" - a good pal.
May 7th, 2018. This day marks the day in which all of Elliot's immediate family was killed in a violent car accident. It's been nearly three months since that horrid day, and yet, it's all Elliot is capable of thinking about. That is, until he meets her.

Elliot Lancaster was never your average teenage boy. He was never interested in sports, and he never really cared enough to attempt to make friends. And unlike the majority of the student body, Elliot had lost his entire family to a car accident: killing his mother, father, and younger sister Beatrice. The doctors told him it was an absolute miracle that he was still alive. Elliot told them that he would be forced to permenantly live in a nightmare, unable to escape his thoughts.
He wanted to be dead. There was no reason for Elliot to continue living in a world without his beloved family.
As a result of his comment wishing for death, doctors ordered Elliot to move in with his Aunt Bethany, to give him the opportunity to recover. To give him the opportunity to start over. Soon, Elliot accidentally meets her. She wants him to stay with her; He needs her to save him.
