We all know, what we read tends to affect what we think, or what we dream (day-dream) about.
For example, if you read something funny; you'd either be really funny or your day-dreams will be. Probably the reason why you're grinning at nothing.
Psycho? So will your head be too. Sad? Yeah, you'll give yourself and your little minions issues.
Uh, Sexual? You might be thinking about that too.
So, here are some random thoughts that might help set the mood, or set a plot for a story. (Or at least a scenario)
Do note that some of the chapters have LGBT+ elements (NOT MUCH) if homophobic, please don't read those.

His family is broken, his mental health is slowly declining, and he's faced questioning his sexuality. Often left to sit in his bed on his phone most of the day, his reasons to live were slowly declining. Tom thought it was better this way. It was better to not disturb anyone, to wear the same clothes over and over, and to stay boring. All, of course, until Tom met him. Updates every Friday. There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally.
