Everybody has heard of the stories. The people who have superpowers, put on a costume, suit of armor, a mask. They run around and save people, rescue earth from invading forces or vengeful foes. But, that is all that they are. Stories.
However, there are ten people. Ten people who have powers, and they are far from heros. The top predators, the apex predators of the humanity food chain. Some have existed throughout time, others are newer. They are all part of a league. A group that they have named H.E.L. Human Extermination League.

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Complete

Every three years a group of two-hundred teens get sent to Earth. After spending two years on Earth, you can choose to go back onto the Ark or to stay on Earth. Most don't survive the first week. They get to either join a Clan, create a new Clan or go solo. If your name is called out, you have to go down. You have no choice. Almost everyone joins a Clan or makes a new Clan. Nobody goes solo, unless you absolutely have to. Or if no Clan accepts you. Every animal on Earth wants to kill humans, they have all mutated after the Nuclear War, all the ones that survived, and are out for human flesh and blood. Bastien Water's name gets called out during the Choosing and he has to try to survive on Earth. While his family grieves thinking that Bastien won't survive but he's out to prove them wrong. Bastien meets new people, makes some friends and make some enemies. Bastien has to face many challenges to survive on Earth. Will he be able to do it? Now stars are brighter, planets are more lively, cosmos is in big harmony. This feeling you witness through your journeys makes everything valuable for you. Now travelling is more passionate, more unique and more fascinating.] The Milky Way now appears to be very amazing. This isn't the Milky Way we're used to seeing. This is the Milky Way that exists in his heart. Because he met her through the Milky Way... This is the adventure along the Milky Way.
