I turned my back and saw him standing on the balcony with his eyes focused on mine. The moon was high up, I was ready for bed and there he was, suddenly appearing outside. He opened the door and walked into my room letting the cold breeze enter.

"Hi..." he said almost in a whisper as he looked down at his toes not wanting to make eye contact with me.
"Why are you here?" I crossed my arms and kept a distance between us.

"I... Can't sleep,"
