"But we are," i said, brushing her hair. "The best fruit is always forbidden."

She let go of me, staring into my eyes as if trying to see through to my heart.

"What?" I asked.

Before she could answer, there was a knock on the door. "Aden?" Dad called out, "is your sister in there?"

I watched her as she panicked, rushing to pick up all her clothes off the floor. "No." I said, trying to keep calm.

"What's that hastle i hear in there?" He paused, "I'm coming in." The doorknob turned, and we both froze.
