In the distant future where humans have colonized the entire galaxy together with the races they themselves created, Natans, Avems, Saccharums and the Lacerta, at the age of 25, our protagonist, Kai, graduates and becomes a member of the Dominus and gets his multitool, the unique tool of the Dominus that can control matter itself, and his own ship, but he is also introduced to a threat that may destroy all that exists and it's up to him, mostly, to stop it.
