The Scars Return: A Shiver fanfic

Grace, Sam, Cole, Isabel and all the other wolves were finally living normal and happy lives as mortals.
But that all starts to change.
Sam and Grace start facing problems in their lives and relationship again, that are possibly worse than all the others they've encountered.
Grace is pulled out of school, to find one person she didn't know when she'd see again, or would be taking her out of school so suddenly.
But when Sam's past scars start coming to life again, including everyone else's, they don't think they could ever live the mortal life they hoped for again.
