Laura has an eye disease called Retinitis pigmentosa. A rare, degenerative eye disease that would eventually dim her world into darkness. They said it wouldn't happen until she was 30 but when she was 14 the world went dark. Her brother Ellington has always been there for her, he loves his sister more than anything. They were both homeschooled but when there dad had to start working away he sent them to normal school. Laura hasn't been to public school since she was 10 and is scared because she hasn't been to school since she has seen. On the first day of school she runs into a boy named Ross. What happens? Read to find out.
This story I have done a lot of research for. It was inspired but Molly Burke. She is an amazing blind youtuber who makes incredible videos. I should know I watched a lot to learn for this book. I'm not making this book to offend anyone, I'm making it because I thought it was an amazing idea that I hadn't see yet. If you are offended please let me know and I will remove the book.
