Opposites attract.
At least that's what people say.
And maybe it's true.

Meet Malia Brown, the 17-year old teen just trying to get through the living hellhole that is high school with her best, and only friend, Sophie Meyers.

Sophie's the logical one of the pair. She's the fashionista, the girly, the social. The risk-taker.
Whereas Malia is the opposite.

Instead of socializing, binge-watching a series in bed sounds a lot more appetizing to Malia. Instead of going all out in her outfits, she wears whatever's comfortable. Malia easily gets anxious, which often leads to a negative view on life.
She's a drain. But that's just Malia. And she's okay with that.

Everything was going fine, until one day when her lovely math teacher decided to spice up her high school year.
