Months have passed since the disaster on Crait, and Supreme Leader Kylo Ren is dangerously distracted, leaving him vulnerable to a plot against him. Forced to flee, he finds death to be a cold and lonely companion -- unless the Force can compel one new Jedi to save him. Facing the mess between them will require uncomfortable conversations, but perhaps an alliance is possible after all. One thing they both know: neither one has the strength to walk away again.
